Walgreens has the Bic Triumph Pens 2-pack on sale for $1.99 this week. There was a $2 Off Bic Coupon in most 1/9/11 Smart Source Inserts. If you can find the coupon, you can try to use it at Walgreens to get them for free. You should also be able to take the ad to Target and do a price match there, as well.
Note: Some Walgreens stores will not take a coupon for more than the amount.
